Victoria Square. A renaissance for Belfast.

The old and the new of Belfast nestling comfortably side by side in Belfast’s biggest and brightest new retail and cinema complex anchored by House of Frazer and the Odeon Multi Cinema. The dazzling glass dome with its viewing platform looking out over the gently curving standing seam roofs topped with sedum green roof.

This was £1.5m contract in 5 zones to supply and fit 10,000m² of weathered copper and Zinc insulated standing seam to roofs and walls, 3000m² of Sedum Green Roof. Conical rooflight features to restaurant zone. Also associated aluminium detail flashings, soffits, gutters and downpipes and fall arrest systems were also fitted.
