Contracts Manager

Location: Toomebridge, with travel to the UK and Ireland when necessary
Full-time, permanent.

The Contracts Manager will be required to oversee projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within its budget. As a Contracts Manager, you could be working on a wide variety roofing and cladding projects, from commercial and industrial developments to hospitals or schools and colleges to rail schemes throughout Ireland and the UK.

Site Manager

Location: Toomebridge-based, with travel throughout the UK and Ireland
Full-time, permanent.

The Site Manager will be responsible to the Contracts Manager, who will oversee projects on a number of sites. The Site Manager will be responsible for the on-site management, ensuring the delivery of a quality project, within the set time frame, on budget, and health and safety. Taking responsibility of the contracts from handover to completion through coordination with design, buying, quantity surveying and site labour, to ensure targets are met in terms of safety, programme, quality and cost.

CAD Drawing Technicians

Location: Toomebridge
Full-time, permanent.

Under the supervision of the Design Manager, the CAD Technician performs a variety of design/drafting activities including preparing/updating installation drawings for projects, preparing working/manufacturing drawings, adhering to guidelines and procedures for CAD data management. Other duties to be performed as assigned. There may be a requirement to travel between Ireland and the U.K.

Accounts Administrator

Location: Toomebridge
Full-time, permanent.

Due to the growth of the company, the accounts department requires additional support and assistance. You will be responsible for a wide range of accounts responsibilities, including responding to queries whilst meeting deadlines and tight timeframes. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks such as filing, processing invoices, inputting information onto spreadsheets, completing reports and any other administration duties.
